Terms & Conditions

Our Helicopter tour operates with fixed daily departure times for each destination. Passengers are required to adhere to the scheduled Estimated Time of Departure (ETD) for each flight. Failure to arrive on time will result in being marked as a "no-show," and the tour will proceed without them.

Passengers must provide their accurate weight during booking. If the weight discrepancy exceeds the aircraft's weight limit of 450 kg:

  • Affected passengers will be de-boarded, and the helicopter tour will be canceled for them without a refund.
  • Passengers will be weighed at the helipad before boarding. If a passenger exceeds the weight disclosed during booking, they may not be allowed to board.
  • We reserve the right to reassign passengers or adjust seating to ensure safe flight weight distribution.

  • Excess weight charges are INR 2,000 per kilogram for passengers weighing more than 75 kg.
  • Passengers must pay additional charges at the hotel prior to departure or at the helipad before boarding.

Each passenger is allowed to carry a maximum of 5 kg of baggage. Large suitcases are prohibited due to limited space in the helicopter. Excess baggage may not be permitted to fly.

  • Duffle bags will be provided during the briefing.
  • If the combined body weight of the group exceeds the 450 kg limit, additional charges will be applied for transporting excess luggage by road.

  • Children over 2 years of age will require a full ticket.
  • Infants below 2 years (and under 12 kg) can fly free of charge, with proof of age required.

Passengers must carry a valid photo ID (Aadhaar Card, Passport, or Voter ID) for verification purposes at the helipad.

  • Flights are subject to weather conditions and technical issues. Delays or cancellations may occur.
  • No compensation or refunds will be provided for delays caused by weather or technical issues.
  • Passengers will be briefed about alternate arrangements in case of such delays.

  • Cancellation within 15 days of departure: No refund.
  • Cancellation between 16-30 days of departure: 50% refund.
  • Cancellation beyond 30 days of departure: Full refund, minus processing fees.

  • Passengers must follow all instructions given by the crew during the flight.
  • Unauthorized movement near the helicopter is strictly prohibited.
  • Passengers must remain seated and wear seat belts during the flight.
